A 20-YEAR-OLD man was arrested in Florida earlier this week for possession of a small quantity of marijuana. 

No big deal, right?

The New York Daily News reports that Micah Dailey was held for 7 hours and eventually released on bail. He did not pass Go. He did not collect $200.
